UR painting is available in natural or tan only. If you select “Similar as Chosen Face,” we will choose the closest UR base color to match the selected face, body, and any extra head as consistently as possible.
Selecting “As Chosen Face” ensures the head, body, and any extra head all share the same skin tone.
Implanted hair looks more realistic and lasts longer with hard silicone heads. For soft heads, we recommend choosing a wig.
Depending on the hair of the chosen face, it may not always be possible to match the exact color. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the best way to proceed.
Some wigs shown in the doll photos are photographer-owned. If no close match is available, we will contact you to choose from the available wig options.
The glass-type eyes reflect light more naturally, making your doll appear more lifelike and photogenic.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING SOFT HANDS
Unlike the body, the hands contain many joints concentrated within a very small area. Because of this structure, Soft Hands require more careful handling to minimize pressure marks around the joints.
Please watch our short tutorial to understand the hand structure, correct handling, and how to prevent and recover pressure marks. If a pressure mark appears, we recommend starting the recovery process as soon as possible.
For easier handling and greater durability, we recommend choosing Hard Hands. Our improved Hard Hands feature discreet seam lines for a more realistic appearance.

By default, there are no toenails. Instead, a silicone layer designed to resemble toenails is included as the standard option.
Color may vary by screen. Paint can only be darkened, not lightened.
Choose an areola size that fits the doll or go smaller, as it can’t be reduced once painted.
