All TAYU silicone dolls produced from March 2026 onward feature our latest softness upgrade, created to deliver one of the softest and most realistic silicone body experiences available today. This upgrade applies across the full TAYU silicone line, including models that were originally released before 2026.
Using our latest silicone technology, TAYU has upgraded multiple layers of the body structure: a softer overall silicone blend, a softer foam core for weight reduction, and softer gel materials for different body areas. Together, these improvements create a more natural feel, better compression, and more lifelike elasticity throughout the body.
Softness has been increased by 36% in the foam core, 33% in the overall silicone blend used for the skin surface, and 54% in the silicone gel filling used for the breasts. This creates a more realistic and responsive feel, resulting in a softer, more comfortable, and more premium silicone body experience across all TAYU dolls produced after March 2026.

Breast Softness
The squeezable breasts provide an exceptionally realistic feel, with natural softness, movement, and shape retention. Thanks to our latest breast formulation introduced in March 2026, softness and jiggle have been significantly improved, creating a more lifelike experience than ever before. This upgraded softness is now included as a standard feature on all TAYU silicone bodies produced from March 2026 onward.
Butt Softness
When the Butt Softness option is selected, TAYU offers one of the softest and most realistic silicone body experiences available today. This premium feature uses our latest silicone technology and specialized formulation to achieve exceptional softness, natural compression, and lifelike movement that few manufacturers can replicate.
The platinum silicone TAYU body is engineered with a low-oil formula, minimizing residue while preserving its soft, realistic feel, as demonstrated in the video below.
2. NEW! UR Body Painting (2026)
TAYU’s Ultra Realistic (UR) Body Painting is a 2026 visual upgrade created to bring even more depth, dimension, and natural skin detail to the body. It enhances the overall appearance with refined color layering, softer transitions, and carefully applied shading that helps the body look more lifelike under different lighting.
UR Body Painting is currently available in two upgraded skin colors: UR Natural and UR Tan. UR Natural blends the soft appearance of Natural Pink with the warm tone of Asian Yellow, creating a balanced and realistic skin finish. UR Tan combines the warmth of Light Tan with the depth of Wheat, resulting in a richer and more natural tan appearance.
This upgrade adds more visual texture and dimension while preserving the elegant finish TAYU bodies are known for. In recent durability tests, TAYU Doll’s advanced silicone body coating demonstrated superior resistance, ensuring long-term realism and appearance retention. The result is a more premium, photo-ready body appearance with enhanced realism in close-up details, curves, and contours. Other TAYU skin colors remain available with our standard high-quality body painting (R), giving customers more freedom to choose the tone that best matches their preference.

True Skin Texture
Instead of using software-generated textures, which would be cheaper and faster, we created our skin texture based on a real human model. This requires a more complex molding process and more time but results in far more natural detail and authenticity.
Each curve and contour of the 163D and 153E bodies has been carefully crafted using real human references. The True Skin Texture was developed through a precise process of capturing and reproducing genuine female skin micro-details. The natural grain, subtle goosebumps, and the fine folds that form along body parts such as the thighs and hips have all been authentically replicated.
Our sculpting team used a live female model to collect the complete surface data, ensuring that every millimeter of the body reflects true human skin patterns. These textures are not simply painted on the doll. They are physically embedded into the mold itself, allowing light to play across the surface exactly as it does on human skin. This advancement brings an extraordinary sense of depth to photography and makes every touch feel remarkably lifelike.
When integrated with our soft silicone formulation, the surface reproduces the subtle warmth, elasticity, and texture of genuine human skin, setting a new standard for realism.

6. Default Hands vs. Hard Hands (Upgrade Option)
- Soft hands (default): Flexible and natural feel, comes standard with your doll, less durable than the hard hands option.
- Hard hands (upgrade): Enhanced durability for long-lasting use. Please be aware that there is a visible seamline where the harder silicone meets the softer material.
By default, your doll will also include embedded nails technology for a more realistic appearance.
💡 Tip For Default Hands
To preserve your doll’s hands and extend their lifespan—especially when changing clothes or during activities that put stress on the hands— be sure to add gloves. This helps prevent friction, punctures, and other types of damage.
Puncture Resistant Fingers With Protective Caps
All TAYU full size dolls and torsos are now include Puncture Resistant Fingers With Protective Caps as a default upgrade.
This upgraded system uses reinforced internal caps at each fingertip to help reduce the risk of punctures and fingertip damage during posing or everyday handling. The protective caps help distribute pressure more effectively inside the fingers, improving durability while keeping the fingers flexible and natural to pose.
Combined with the hard hands, this upgrade makes the fingers more resistant and durable.
NEW! Improved Embedded Fingernail Design (2026)
TAYU’s upgraded fingernail design improves both realism and durability. The nails are more securely embedded into the fingers, helping reduce loosening during handling while creating a cleaner, more natural look.
Embedded Nails & Toenails
TAYU embedded nails feature anti-drop technology for both hand and feet. For enhanced realism, perfect for photography and posing, with long-lasting durability.
7. Soft Feet vs. Hard Feet (Upgrade Option)
- Soft Feet (default): Flexible and natural feel, comes standard with your doll. Less durable than the hard feet options.
- Hard Feet (upgrade): Firmer silicione Soles with enhanced durability for long-lasting use. Please be aware that there is a visible seamline where the harder silicone meets the softer material.
NEW! Improved Embedded Toenail Design (2026)
TAYU’s upgraded toenail design enhances both realism and durability. The toenails are more securely embedded into the feet, helping reduce loosening during handling while creating a cleaner, more natural appearance.
8. Articulated Toe Joints
Fully articulated toe joints are now available on some of our newest silicone models. When this option is selected, the doll is built with an internal articulated foot skeleton that allows the toes to flex more naturally, creating a more lifelike foot appearance.
Articulated Toe Joint Skeleton with Anti-Puncture Design
Selected TAYU dolls now feature an articulated toe joint skeleton with an advanced anti-puncture design as a standard upgrade.
This upgraded foot structure allows the toes to bend and pose more naturally while helping reduce the risk of wire exposure and puncture damage during posing or everyday handling. The reinforced internal design improves durability without compromising flexibility, creating a more realistic appearance and greater long-term reliability.
Combined with TAYU’s foot skeleton technology, the articulated toe joints provide enhanced posing possibilities, more natural foot positioning, and improved resistance to wear over time.
Currently available on the 148A, 148D+, 151E, 153E Skin Texture, 158C+, 158D, 161F, 163D Skin Texture, as well as selected classic bodies including the 155B/I, 163D, and 170E.
