We continually refine our craftsmanship across all TAYU models, with many upgrades happening quietly as part of our ongoing innovation and IP protection. Improvements such as weight reduction, enhanced softness, advanced internal structures, multi-blend silicone placement, and human-based textures require significant R&D and production effort, even if they aren’t always visible in photos. While pre-2024 models reflect the high standards of their time, our 2025 generation introduces a new level of engineering and materials. NOVA Improvements Since Launch
We revised the vagina mold by widening the opening while keeping the internal tunnel, softness and texture completely unchanged. In addition, the anti-vagina gaping feature remains the same. This removes the bottleneck effect that caused the overly tight sensation and delivers the smooth, comfortable experience NOVA is meant to provide. All NOVA dolls ordered after October 2025 already include the improved design.

Thanks to TAYU’s advanced manufacturing process, the vaginal canal is made with a softer material than the body. This provides a better fit and a more realistic experience. The NOVA’s vaginal material is significantly more stretchable than silicone. The TAYU NOVA series uses a micro-expansion process for the vaginal structure to enhance realism and comfort.
An innovative design eliminates the through-hole between the vaginal canal and the skeleton. This prevents liquid from getting trapped during use or cleaning, helping avoid unpleasant odors and bacterial growth. The vaginal canal is created using a specialized manufacturing process that results in a flesh-toned interior. Unlike the pale TPE canals found in most dolls, this design is more visually appealing and less prone to black pilling.

TAYU NOVA series utilizes the latest alloy palm joints, each with 19 interlocking alloy knuckles. Compared to traditional TPE palms with wire knuckles, these come with higher component costs and more sophisticated manufacturing:
Furthermore, the positioning of the palm joints in the mold increases manufacturing complexity. However, these alloy palm joints are better in the following aspects:
- Significantly enhance the palm’s aesthetics;
- Maximize its flexibility, allowing for the most diverse hand poses;
- Strong grip.

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your doll, please follow the care tips below:
- As you’ve seen on this page, unlike other TPE dolls, TAYU NOVA series is completely waterproof thanks to TAYU’s special blend. Therefore, it is recommended to wash your doll with water only, especially on the exterior, to help preserve the paint.
- In case you need to use soap, do not use harsh soaps, detergents, or abrasive cleaning tools such as rough towels or sponges, as these may damage or shorten the lifespan of the body painting.
- It is not recommended to oil your doll frequently, as this can cause the body paint to fade more easily—particularly on the nipples and labia areas, particularly on the nipples and labia areas, where the semi-permanent layer is reinforced, as these areas normally experience more friction.
