TAYU: The art of improvement in 2026
We continually refine our craftsmanship across all TAYU models, with many upgrades happening quietly as part of our ongoing innovation and IP protection. Improvements such as weight reduction, enhanced softness, advanced internal structures, multi-blend silicone placement, and human-based textures require significant R&D and production effort, even if they aren’t always visible in photos. While pre-2024 models reflect the high standards of their time, our 2025 generation introduces a new level of engineering and materials. Silicone Series
The fixed vagina is seamlessly built into the doll’s body, similar to a real woman’s anatomy, and is non-detachable.
The removable vagina features a sleeve-like insert that can be easily placed into or removed from the doll’s private area.

Yes. Choose the eyeshadow colors, eyeliner shapes, blush colors, lipstick colors, etc. You can design the doll’s makeup according to your preferences and style, or choose from several makeup options we currently offer as shown in the product pictures. If you need any help or suggestions regarding customizing the doll’s makeup, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
– Soft hands (default): Flexible and natural feel, comes standard with your doll, less durable than the hard hands option.
– Hard hands (upgrade): Enhanced durability for long-lasting use. Please be aware that there is a visible seamline where the harder silicone meets the softer material.
By default, your doll will also include embedded nails technology for a more realistic appearance.

Soft Feet (default): Cannot stand and may wear out more quickly than other options.

Soft Feet with Bolts: Allow standing but reduce realism and can damage shoes or flooring if in direct contact.

Hard Feet without Bolts (upgraded): More durable, with a thin seam line where soft and hard silicone meet.
✅ Advantage: Increased durability without visible bolts.
❌ Disadvantage: Visible seam where silicone types meet.
Hard Feet with Bolts (upgraded): Enhanced durability and firmer soles, supported by three bolts. Also features a thin seam line at the silicone junction.

NOVA's Material, Structure & Configurations
NOVA is TPE-based but made with our proprietary formulation for softness, resilience, and easy maintenance. It feels softer than silicone, yet avoids the overly spongy texture of classic TPE dolls. For a detailed comparison, please see the table on our website (section 3).
More specifically, TAYU NOVA (Neo-Visco Elastomer Advanced) is a non-toxic, eco-friendly, TPE-based material, engineered for both comfort and realism, with a proprietary formulation developed by TAYU. With exceptional tensile strength and tear resistance, it surpasses traditional TPE in durability, aging resistance, and adaptability.
Smooth and velvety to the touch, it offers a natural softness without feeling overly spongy or artificial. Free from stickiness, oiliness, and strong odors, TAYU NOVA delivers a clean, ultra-realistic experience straight out of the box. As the closest alternative to silicone, it’s designed to elevate both quality and realism.
NOVA introduces four world-first innovations that required us to invest in new dedicated machinery:
- NOVA SeamlessCore™ Breast Molding – breasts molded as an integrated structure for lifelike softness that keeps its natural shape over time.
- NOVA HygienicSeal™ Technology – an advanced sealing method designed to minimize oil seepage and improve long-term cleanliness.

These four innovations are currently unique to NOVA and cannot be found in any other TPE dolls on the market today.
NOVA dolls use the full stainless 304 EVO skeleton, the same proven system as our silicone series. This ensures strength, durability, and smooth mobility across all joints.
By default, every NOVA includes:
- Double-jointed elbows and knees for deeper, natural posing.
- Shrugging shoulders (EVO) for more expressive movement.
- Ball-joint wrists / hands.
- Articulated fingers.
- Full stainless 304 joints throughout.
- Standing feet with bolts for maximum stability and posing flexibility.
TAYU NOVA’s scent is not as neutral as our standard silicone series and is closer to TPE. For a side-by-side overview, please refer to our NOVA vs. standard TPE comparison table where we rate odor characteristics.
By default, all NOVA dolls ship with standing bolts installed. If you prefer bolt-less feet, please leave a note in the Customer Notes field at checkout. During the pre-sale period only, we will honor this request by shipping the doll without bolts installed and including a separate bag of bolts in the box. If no note is provided, the doll will ship with bolts as standard.
NOVA dolls do not feature skin textures. Each NOVA model is finished with semi-permanent realistic body painting that replicates fine human skin details such as veins, pores, and other subtle details.

The NOVA series are pre configured and all dolls come with a fixed vagina ready for immediate shipping. An insert version is unfortunately not available. lf a removable insert is important for you, we recommend considering our silicone series instead.
Yes. The natural color (with pink labia and areola) has a vaginal depth of 5.5" (14 cm), while the tan (with brown labia and areola) has a vaginal depth of 7.1" (18 cm). The anal depth remains the same for both molds: 5.1" (13 cm).
* Vaginal depth: 14 cm / 5.5" (pink skin tone)
* Vaginal depth: 18 cm / 7.1" (tan skin tone)
Since the bodies are pre-configured and already produced for faster delivery, this length cannot be modified for NOVA models.
lf customizing your doll is important for you, we recommend considering our silicone series instead.
Standing bolts are three small metal bolts installed in the bottoms of the doll’s feet. They help protect the feet when the doll is placed in an upright position and provide additional stability when used with a stand or external support. Please note, standing bolts do not allow the doll to stand completely on its own—external support is always required.
No sex doll can stand completely on its own, and this applies across the entire industry. External stability, such as a stand or leaning against a wall, is necessary. Feet with pre-installed bolts are available to provide balance when used with a stand or other support.
NOVA's Head
Yes. Every TAYU NOVA doll includes a protector accessory at the neck interface to isolate silicone from TPE during head swaps. This protector is standard-included and is compatible with all other TAYU heads that use the M16 connector. If you plan frequent head changes, we still recommend matching materials where possible to ensure the most seamless look and feel.

Yes. The TAYU NOVA heads are the same premium silicone heads used in the TAYU Silicone Series. Every NOVA doll comes with a 100% TAYU high-standard silicone head, offering the same realism, fine detail, and durability that TAYU is known for.
The bonus?
NOVA heads include exclusive Anti-Contact Protection, a special enhancement designed to prevent friction between the head and body. This helps maintain the doll’s skin quality and keeps everything looking pristine over time.
In short: the same high-end TAYU silicone craftsmanship, plus an added protection feature unique to the NOVA line.
NOVA skin colors do not have exact one-to-one equivalents in our Silicone Series. To minimize visible differences, the closest matches are: NOVA Natural ≈ Silicone Asian Yellow, and NOVA Tan ≈ Silicone Light Tan. Minor variations may still occur due to material and finish differences, so for the most seamless look we recommend selecting head and body from the same line when possible.
Heads from our silicone series that use an M16 connector are mechanically compatible with NOVA bodies. However, please consider proportional differences and possible variations in skin tone between lines when planning a combination; for the most seamless appearance, we recommend matching head and body within the same series and color family.

We use full over-molded foam protection from head to toe, the same proven method as with our silicone line. Our first NOVA orders from the weekend will be dispatched this week, and we will share packaging photos so you can see exactly how your NOVA will arrive. To reassure you, we've run several shock and transit simulation tests with the packaging, which can be found on our dedicated page with factory videos. These videos are unedited, showing the packaging exactly as it will arrive at your place.
NOVA dolls are not custom-made. Each unit is pre-configured exactly as shown in the product photos—including wig, eye color, and makeup—already produced and ready to ship. For that reason, customizations such as loose joints, alternative eye colors, different wigs, or makeup changes are not available. Over time we will release new product photos that represent new configurations, so make sure to keep an eye on our website for those releases!
Care, Cleaning and Repair
Yes, NOVA material accepts powder eyeshadow makeup just like TPE.
NOVA can be repaired through heat in the same way as TPE. Its melting point is similar, so small tears or surface imperfections can be smoothed with heat.
Internal cleaning: Unlike other TPE dolls, the TAYU NOVA series is completely waterproof thanks to TAYU’s special blend: NOVA UltraSoft HygienicSeal™ Technology. An innovative design eliminates the through-hole between the vaginal canal and the skeleton. This prevents liquid from getting trapped during use or cleaning, helping avoid unpleasant odors and bacterial growth.
External cleaning: It is recommended to wash your doll with water only, especially on the exterior, to help preserve the paint. If you need to use soap, avoid harsh soaps, detergents, or abrasive cleaning tools such as rough towels or sponges, as these may damage the paint or shorten the lifespan of the doll. Please refer to our ‘11. Doll Care’ section for more details.
Yes. It is not recommended to oil your NOVA doll frequently, as this can cause the body paint to fade more quickly—especially on the nipples and labia, where the semi-permanent paint layer is reinforced. These areas naturally experience more friction, so extra care is needed to preserve the paint. Please refer to our ‘11. Doll Care’ section for more details.
We advise not to use any heat source that exceeds 40°C (104°F) on your NOVA doll. The material, especially in the vaginal area, is designed to be softer for enhanced sensation and is sensitive to high temperatures. Exposing it to heat above this threshold may damage the molecular structure and affect the doll’s surface or internal components.
